We offer an extensive range of punch and dies. Cutting dies of all Kamekura manufactured products are made in Japan and are designed to the highest quality against wear and tear for long life under normal working conditions. Punch and dies provide strong resistance against wear, especially when working with stainless steel.  Round punch and die sets are fully machined from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) with 8 cutting sides and are hardened to 55 rockwell.  Square punch and die sets are manufactured from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) by EDM machine centre and are also hardened to 55 rockwell.

 

Comprehensive range of punch & die sets available from 15mm through to 120mm.

 

Standard square punch & die set sizes available from 20mm through to 50mm in 5mm graduation (ie 20 x 20, 25 x 25, 30 x 30 etc). Non standard square and rectangular punch and die sets can be ordered, lead time for special die sets is generally 4-5 weeks.
