Cutting dies of all Kamekura manufactured products are made in Japan and are designed to the highest quality against wear and tear for long life under normal working conditions. Punch and dies provide strong resistance against wear, especially when working with stainless steel. Round punch and die sets are fully machined from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) with 8 cutting sides and are hardened to 55 rockwell. Square punch and die sets are manufactured from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) by EDM machine centre and are also hardened to 55 rockwell.

Model EG3
A hydraulic punch ideal for sheet metal fabrications, repair workshops and electrical equipment manufacturers.
The EG-3 punches round and square holes in sheetmetal, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium. Dies and cutters can be easily changed in a matter of seconds. The unit has a locating centre pin so the operator can punch holes accurately on the work piece. Punch and dies available for electronic 'D' connector plugs.

Portable Electric/Hydraulic Construction Work Hole Punch
Punching flat bar channel and angle in mild steel, stainless steel and copper material. Unique design with punching head flexible to power source. Specially designed for confined work situations in punching holes. Hole is punched in seconds, quick and easy to use. The unique feature with RF-A3 is the double acting hydraulic system which produces a quick, clean and accurate hole in materials like 12mm thick copper. Model RW-M2
Model RW-M2 is an electric hydraulic hole puncher designed for use in punching round and slot holes from 8mm to 20mm. It is capable of punching up to 9mm thick material in copper and mild steel and up to 6mm in stainless steel.
This unit allows the operator easy positioning by adjusting the movable back gauge as well as an LED lighting system which can clearly light up the desired punching position for accuracy to punch holes in the material piece. The inching button allows further accuracy to punch on pre marked centre lines of the work piece material.
These portable hole punchers have a double insulated 230 Volt motor driving the high powered two stage hydraulic system with auto return when the hole is punched.
The RW-M2 portable hole puncher weighs just 10.5kgs and produces high output of 20 tons of punching force.
